CASE STUDY 1

 

Customer:

Horton Housing Association registered as an Industrial and Provident Society in 1985, working in partnership with other registered housing associations to meet a specific range of unmet housing and support needs in the Bradford area. PlatinumHPL have supported them for a number of years by producing  general printed stationary, report and accounts, handbooks, business cards, folders, display stands and posters.

The Problem:

Cost of internal artwork production was increasing due to expansion, maintaining of brand guidelines for many internally designed and produced documents proved difficult and time consuming to manage. 

The Solution:

After a demonstration of the PlatinumHPL web2print solution it soon became apparent these issues could be overcome quite easily, professional templates were soon created for

  • Posters
  • Multi page course guides
  • Event Posters
  • Business cards


The client now simply logs in with their unique id (there are a number of user accounts all with different access rights). They then choose the product required and type in amended details, at the click of a button a real time proof is shown on screen. Once approved order qty details and delivery information are chosen and all work transfers into our production workflow for timely delivery.

 


CASE STUDY 2

         

Customer:

YFM Equity Partners is an independent private equity business owned by its senior management and investment team. 

YFM have been transforming small businesses for over 35 years; investing up to £10 million of equity through offices in Leeds, London, Manchester, Birmingham and Sheffield.

PlatinumHPL have worked closely with YFM for a number of years supporting them with various marketing collateral from business stationery to leaflets and more. 

The Problem:

With numerous investments it is important for YFM to be able to showcase the results by creating case studies focusing on key investments with different industries. The cost of external artwork production for the case studies was becoming excessive with every tweak requiring an outwork cost for the amended design. 

Internal design was considered but it became increasingly difficult and very time consuming to manage. This was met with wanting to ensure that brand guidelines were maintained across internally produced documents. 

The Solution: 

A bespoke marketing portal; YFM already have an online marketing portal with PlatinumHPL allowing  them to design and produce their own business stationary with a click of a button. Following a demonstration of an expanded portal PlatinumHPL developed the YFM portal to include the design of case studies. 

The case studies are all colour coded to each industry, supported the upload of images, changing of text, bullet points and more, all by simply filling in the online form that can be assessed at any time anywhere. 

YFM are now able to simply log on and output case study designs within minutes, they can be printed or used electronically.  Of most importance they are quick to produce and are kept on brand thanks to fixed logos, fonts and colour schemes. 

The Product:

A bespoke web2print portal for the creation of case studies that can be designed in house extremely quickly and with no hidden costs.
