What is Hybrid Mail?

When it comes to printing and posting a letter from your office, the days of jammed printers, toner running out and stuffing envelopes are over.

Hybrid Mail enables letters that would normally be printed via a local desktop or office printers to be sent by us, we do the work for you.

At the click of a button you send your letters to us and we do the rest, saving you time, resources, stationery and postage costs.

How does it work?

We become your personalised mailroom providing printing and mailing of your documents on demand as and when required.

We use your stationery or templates, ready for that all important urgent communication, allowing us to print, enclose in envelopes and post from our mailing department on site.

1. You upload your pre-merged document to our portal
2. We will digitally print the entire pre-merged letter
3. We then enclose the letter into a standard C5 window envelope...
4. ...and post them for you

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. You will have your own login account on our mailing server where the data is encrypted, this is hosted in a secure area at our premises.

All data services at PlatinumHPL, including Hybrid Mail, are covered by our ISO27001 certification as well as being GDPR compliant.

Will it save me money?

Yes. we print, enclose and mail your letter for a fraction more than you would pay for just the postage. You can either send your letters out 1st or 2nd class, using our preferential rate.

How much can our Hybrid Mail  solution save you?

Based on 20 letters per day, you can make the following savings:
